Founding Pastor, Theodore Dillard Jr, emeritus

Our founding Pastor transitioned to be with the Lord on March 6, 2026.

He was was born again at Greater Apostolic Faith Temple Church, San Diego, CA, pastored by the late Bishop Charles L. Taylor  in November 1978.

After being led by God to move to Riverside County, Pastor Dillard was moved by God to start a church, and March 1999 STACC was opened to serve and share the hope of the gospel of Christ to the community.

Pastor Dillard was devoted to God, a faithful husband and father; and had earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry from Aenon Bible College of Indianapolis, IN, was a retired systems administrator at a local hospital.

This man of God, who had a great love for God’s word and His people, and community, is truly missed; and we take comfort in knowing that Pastor Dillard is at peace in the heavenly place he preached and prepared others to go.
