Our Philly born overseer was born again in April 1979 in San Diego, CA. She has a heart for God, thinks worship is therapy, loves to sing, and desires that everyone have an opportunity to experience God in Spirit and in Truth.

Pastor V has been preaching/teaching since God called her in 1980, has published a book, “Two In The Field,” earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry from  Aenon Bible College of Indianapolis, IN; is a current member of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc.; and cofounded STACC with her husband in 1999.

The Dillards have three children who love the Lord, all are married with children, and are serving their church and communities.
